Starting now, you can begin a brand new journey toward a more positive path for yourself – one that’s filled with growth, well being, acceptance, and empowerment.
Sometimes life presents challenges that can make you feel like you are trapped in your habits, relationships, emotions and career. Everyone has a narrative that has brought them today – are you ready to change your story?
The challenges that life offers can be potentially confusing, frustrating, and frightening. You may have a lot coming at you, trying to make decisions, maintain life balance and all while dealing with intense emotions. My goal is to help you obtain equanimity, by looking at options, focusing on strengths, identify solutions that work for you, and help you to discover your true potential to create life as you want it to be. There may be no magic button or quick-fix solution when it comes to changing things from the past that have been difficult, but what we can do is collaborate together to help you successfully work through the challenges you are facing now.
I use a holistic, integrative, solution focused and client-centered approach to help you find solutions and build on your strengths rather than weaknesses while finding positive ways to move forward. No matter what you are struggling with, you can rest assured that you will be in a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment, where the focus will be on you alone – there is no ‘cookie cutter’ way of doing things here, and your individual needs are top priority.
My combined educational experience, along with life lessons has brought me to this time where I can help others reach their true potential and goals. I have Masters of Science in Professional Counseling from GCU, a Liberal Arts Degree with a focus on global health from ASU. I am a Nationally Board Certified Counselor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Mediator specializing in high conflict resolution. I have worked with numerous clients individually and as a family or couple to identify their goals, achieve them and move forward.
